Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No . 454-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 454-92 is to create one program
specialist (Elderly) 3/4T and one Senior Clerk-Typist in the Kona
Office of Aging .
Comm. No . 3714 , from Finance Director William Takaba, dated May 6,
1992, transmits Resolution 454 to create one Program Specialist
(Elderly) 3/4T and one Senior Clerk-Typist in the Kona office of the
Office of Aging . Persons in these positions will provide
information and referral, contract and program monitoring, client
evaluation, service coordination and other functions of the office.
Appropriate justification and documentation is transmitted for
review.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No . 454-92 and recommends its adoption.
