The purpose of Resolution No . 448-92 is to transfer/appropriate
$130, 000 . 00 as follows :

010-911-5911 . 86-341 Worker ' s Compensation 130, 000 . 00
Comm. No. 3680, from Finance Director William Takaba, dated May 4,
1992, transmits Resolution 448 to transfer $130, 000 from the
Interest on GO Bonds account, and to appropriate same to the
Workers ' Compensation account for the purpose of paying increased
supplemental benefits and the 15% increase in cases . Appropriate
documentation from the Division of Industrial Safety is transmitted
for review.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No. 448-92 and recommends its adoption.
