Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No. 446-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No. 446-92 is to transfer/appropriate
funds to enable the American Lung Association to conduct a Vog Study.

Comm. No. 3675, from Finance Director William Takaba, dated
April 20, 1992, transmits Resolution 446 to transfer $5, 000 from the
Contingency account of the General Fund, and to appropriate same to
the Research and Development - OCE account . This funding will
enable the Department of Research and Development to award a
contract to the American Lung Association to conduct a vog study
(see attached Resolution 399-92, Draft 2) .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No . 446-92 and recommends its adoption.
