Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No. 445-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 445-92 is to transfer/appropriate
funds to the Miscellaneous Claims and Judgments Account .

Comm. No . 3669 , from Finance Director William Takaba, dated
April 13 , 1992, transmits Resolution 445 to transfer $301, 588 from
the Provision for Compensation Adjustment account and $98,412 from
the No Fault and Vehicle Claim/Judgment account, and to appropriate
same to the Miscellaneous Insurance Claims and Judgments account.
This appropriation will enable the county to pay claims against the
county to the end of the year.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No . 445-92 and recommends its adoption.
