Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 614 , reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 614 is to amend Ordinance No. 91-50, the
Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 1991-92 by increasing revenues in
the following account:
Account No. Source Amount
3607 . 00 Contribution from Private Sources $350 . 00
and appropriating to :
010-201-5203 . 02-225 Police Adm - OCE - Educ -
Recr. Scien Supplies $350 . 00
Comm. No. 3628, from Finance Director William Takaba, dated
April 16, 1992, transmits Bill 614 to amend Ordinance No. 91-50, by
increasing revenues in the D.A.R.E. Program by $350 and
appropriating said funds to the Administration' s OCE account . This
increase in revenues is due to a monetary donation from Mr. Steven
Perry, Athletic Director, Hawaii Preparatory Academy, P. 0. Box 428,
Kamuela, Hawaii 96743 . Appropriate documentation is transmitted
for review.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 614 and recommends that it pass first reading and a letter
of appreciation be forwarded to Mr. Steven Perry, .
