Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No. 441-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 441-92 is to transfer/appropriate the
following amount to the following General Fund account :

010-101-5101 . 02-115 Misc. Contract Sery $2,484 . 00
appropriating same to the following account :
010-101-5101.40-011 Legislative Auditor S&W $2,484 . 00
Comm. No . 3602, from Legislative Auditor Harry Takahashi , dated
April 16, 1992, transmits Resolution 441 to transfer $2,484 from the
Council ' s Miscellaneous Contractual Services account to the
Legislative Auditor ' s Salaries and Wages account . This transfer is
necessary to cover shortage due to a reallocation during the latter
part of last fiscal year . Further states, due to the reallocation
occurring in the last few months of the 1990-91 fiscal year, the
necessary salary adjustment was not incorporated into the 1991-92
budgeted salaries and wages account of the Legislative Auditor.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No. 441-92 and recommends its adoption.
