Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 612 , reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 612 is to amend Ordinance No. 91-51, the Capital
Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year 1991-92 , by adding the following
project:

Naalehu Park Improvements $171 , 676 . 00

Comm. No. 3601, from Finance Director William Takaba, dated
April 15 , 1992, transmits Bill 612 to amend Ordinance 91-51,
Relating to Public Improvements and Financing, by adding the Naalehu
Park Improvements project . $154,000 for this project shall be
provided from the Fund Balance of the Unallotted Appropriation for
Capital Projects, and $17 ,676 shall be provided from the Fund
Balance of the Capital Projects Fund . Appropriate documentation is
transmitted for review.
Your Committee on Finance requests the Finance Director to evaluate
the feasibility of transferring funds from another account, and if
such transfer is feasible, to prepare a bill transferring these
funds .
