Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No . 428-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 428-92 is to transfer funds from the
Election Account .
Communication No . 3460, from Deputy County Clerk Robert S. Shioji ,
dated March 20, 1992, transmits Resolution 428 which transfers $3 , 000
from Election Account 010-107-5107 . 02-115 (Misc. Contract Services)
to 010-107-5107 . 02-104 (Travel) . Mr . Shioji states that because of
the reapportionment and changes in some election laws, more trips to
Honolulu were made than had been anticipated.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No . 428-92 and recommends its adoption.
