Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No. 409-92, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 409-92 is to request the
Administration to conduct a study to determine the overall and
future office space requirements for the County and that the Study
be completed in time for the Council ' s 1992-1993 fiscal review of
the Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets .
Intr . by: Miss Lai and Mr . Kokubun
Your Committee requested the Administration and the Legislative
Auditor to conduct an in-house study on County office space
requirements and to include a plan addressing a half million dollars
per year in lease rent in Kona.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No. 409-92 and recommends its adoption.
