Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 560, reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 560 is to amend Ordinance 91-50, the Operating
Budget for Fiscal Year 1991-92, by increasing revenues in the
following General Fund account :
Account No . Source Amount
3609 . 07 TRANSFER FROM OTHER FUNDS $5, 000 . 00
and appropriating same to the following account :
010-517-5517 .33-341 MAKAHIKI EVENTS $5, 000 . 00
Communication No. 3264 , from Finance Director William Takaba, dated
January 22, 1992, submits a bill to amend Ordinance 91-50, by
increasing revenues in the General Fund by $5, 000 . 00 to pay for
Makahiki related expenses . Transmits for review appropriate
documentation.
Your Committee noted that Bill 562 needed to be approved before
Bill/ 560 since funds needed to be transfered from the Capital
Budget to the Operating Budget inorder to fund this project .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 560 and recommends that it pass first reading .
