Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 539 , reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 539 is to create accounts for Fuel Tax Funds to
be spent in individual districts of the County of Hawaii for road
resurfacing projects .
Pursuant to Resolution 397-88, fuel tax revenues will be
appropriated into the Fuel Tax Increase Account No . 3104 . 06 .

Comm. No. 3152 from Chief Engineer Bruce C. McClure, dated
December 13, 1991, transmits Bill 539 for review and deliberation
and informs that the bill will allow for implementation of road
resurfacing projects for its respective amounts in each district, as
well as circle island projects . This bill is in consonance with
Resolution No . 351-91 (Draft 2) prviously adopted by the Council .
