Communication No . 3051, dated November 6, 1991 from Mayor Inouye,
transmits said Bill 523 , Bill 522 and Bill 524 and other
departmental justification and information.
Communication No . 3051 also certifies General Highway, Sewer,
Parking Meter, Beautification and Capital Projects Fund Fund balance
available for appropriation as of June 30, 1991 . Bill No. 523
appropriates the total Highway Fund balance to accounts indicated in
the bill .
