Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 524 , reports
as follows :
Bill 524 proposes to amend Ordinance 91-50, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1991-92, by increasing revenues in Parking Meter Fund
Account No . 3609 . 10, Fund Balance from Previous Year, by $20, 000 . 00,
and appropriating same to the following account :
Account No Function & Activity Amount
040-283-5283 . 02-115 Parking Meter-Misc Contract Sery $20, 000 . 00
Communication No . 3051 dated November 6, 1991 from Mayor Inouye
transmits said Bill 524 , Bill 523 and Bill 522 and other
departmental justification and information.
Communication No. 3051 also certifies General Highway, Sewer,
Parking Meter, Beautification and Capital Projects Fund Fund Balance
available for appropriation as of June 30, 1991 . Bill No. 524
appropriates the total Parking Meter Fund Balance to the account
indicated in the bill .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpsoe
of Bill 524 and recommends that it pass first reading.
