Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 476, reports
as follows :
Bill 476 proposes to amend Ordinance 91-50, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1991-92, by increasing revenues in Sewer Fund Account
No . 3609 . 11, Transfer From General Fund, by $20,446, and
appropriating same to the following account :

030-631-5631. 01-011 Wastewater-Regular S&W $20,446
Communication No . 2781 from the Finance Director dated August 20,
1991, transmits for Council consideration said Bill No . 476,
Resolutions 367 creating one (1) sewer maintenance supervisor FI-9
position and one (1) sewer maintenance repairer WB-9 position,
Resolution 368 appropriating $20,446 to the sewer fund, and other
departmental justification.
During the Finance Committee meeting, the Administration withdrew
said Bill 476 and Resolutions 367 and 368 and other associated
communications .
Your Committee on Finance recommends that the file on Bill 476 be
closed.
