Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No . 368-91, reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No . 368-91 is to transfer and appropriate
$20,446 as follows :

Credited To :
010-801-5801 . 01-341 Transfer to Other Funds (Sewer Fund)
Communication No . 2781 from the Finance Director dated August 20,
1991, transmits for Council consideration said Resolution No . 368;
Resolution 367, creating one ( 1) sewer maintenance supervisor and
one (1) sewer repairer position; and Bill 476 appropriating the same
$20,446 subject of Resolution 368 to fund the increase in wastewater
salaries and wages account .
During the Finance Committee meeting, the Administration withdrew
said Resolution 368-91, Resolution 367-91, Bill 476, and other
associated communications .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter, the Council,
by resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
