Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 442, reports
as follows :
Bill 442 proposes to amend Ordinance 90-74 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1990-91, by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No . 3304 .37, State Grant - First Lady 0/S Volunteer Program, by
$800 . 00, and appropriating same to the following account:

010-517-5517 .32-341 First Lady' s Outstanding $800 . 00
Volunteer Program
The purpose of this Bill is to receive and appropriate State Grant
in the amount of $800 . 00 for the 15th Annual First Lady' s
Outstanding Volunteer Awards Program.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 442 and recommends that it pass first reading .
