Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 437, reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 437 proposes to amend Ordinance 90-74 , the
Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 1990-91, by increasing revenues in
General Fund Account No. 3301. 75, Federal Grants-FBI-Microwave
Towers, by $37, 382 . 00, and appropriating same to the following
account .

010-201-5203 . 20-480 Police Adm - Miscellaneous Equip $37, 382 . 00
Communication No . 2560 from the Finance Director dated May 9 , 1991,
transmits said Bill 437 and a letter from Mr . Jim R. Freeman,
Special Agent in Charge, FBI , dated April 10, 1991, which states the
$37, 382 . 00 is the Bureau' s share of removing old and installing new
antenna towers at the Naalehu and South Point radio sites and the
entire amount should be used for those specific projects or returned.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 437 and recommends that it pass first reading.
