Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 416, reports
as follows :
Bill 416 proposes to amend Ordinance 90-74, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1990-91, by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No. 3607 . 00, Contribution From Private Sources, by $975 . 00, and
appropriating same to the following account :

Supplies
Communication No . 2447 dated March 22, 1991 from the Finance
Director transmits said Bill 416 and requests the Council receive a
$975 . 00 donation from the Western Sports Tournaments, Inc. and
appropriates same to the Hawaii Police Department to be used by the
Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E. ) Program.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 416 and recommends that it pass first reading and that a
letter of appreciation be forwarded to Mr. George Molholm of Western
Sports Tournaments, Inc.
