Bill 415 proposes to amend Ordinance 90-74 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1990-91, by increasing revenues in the following General

Communication No. 2425 dated April 1, 1991 from the Finance Director
transmits for Council ' s consideration Bill No. 414 and Bill No . 415
and explains that reimbursement funds totalling $893 , 642 (Bill
No . 414 - $393 , 899 and Bill No. 415 - $499 , 743) from the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) related to County expenditures on
the Kilauea Volcano Eruption have been received and requests
appropriating the same to the Public Safety Disaster/Emergency
Account (Bill No . 414) and to other accounts effected by eruption
and running low as a result (Bill No . 414 and Bill No. 415) .
