Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication
'No . 2322, reports as follows :
The purpose of Communication No . 2322 is to apprise the Council of
the Finance Director ' s comments regarding recommendations received
April 24 , 1990 from the Tax Board of Review.
Your Committee notes Communication 1627, annual report of the Tax
Board of Review, was deferred by the Finance Committee on May 7,
1990 , pending response from the Administration.
Your Committee was assured by the Finance Director that an ordinance
to increase Tax Appeal filing fee would be forthcoming before the
end of fiscal year 1990-91 . Your Committee on Finance agrees with
the recommendation of the Finance Director .
