Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication
/No. 2241, a request from Corporation Counsel for an executive
session to discuss Civil No. 90-128, reports as follows:
Your Committee on Finance heard from Corporation Counsel the details
and settlement recommendations of the case. Your Committee concurs
with the Corporation Counsel ' s recommendations .
Your Committee on Finance recommends that the Council approve the
recommended settlement, as presented by the Corporation Counsel .
