Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 390, reports
as follows :
Bill 390 proposes to amend Ordinance 90-74, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1990-91, by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No. 3607 . 00, Contribution from Private Sources, by $50 . 00, and
appropriating same to the following account :

010-501-5501.46-341 Hawaii County Band Private Donations $50 . 00
This $50 . 00 is a donation by the Lehua Jaycees to the Hawaii County
Band for its performance in the Lehua Jaycees Christmas Parade.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 390 and recommends that it pass first reading .
