Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No . 277-91, reports as follows :
Resolution 277-91 proposes to amend the Salary Ordinance of 1990 by
amending Section 8 . 02(d) relating to the Office of Housing and
Community Development . Office of the Mayor. in the following manner:
Delete 1 Planner/Housing Specialist SR-22 position and
add 1 Assistant Housing Administrator EM-3 position.
Delete 1 Community Development Technician TAN SR-18
position and add 1 Housing Aide II SR-11 position.
Delete 1 Community Development Technician TAN SR-18
position and add 1 Housing Quality Standards Inspector
SR-15 position.
Reallocate 1 Clerk-Stenographer SR-09 to Senior
Clerk-Stenographer SR-11.
Funding for the above-mentioned amendments are available in the
OHCD' s regular salaries and wages account.
The suggested reorganization will streamline operations and improve
the methods by which programs are delivered.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution 277-91 and recommends its adoption.
