Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred /Resolution 273-91,
reports as follows :
Resolution 273-91 proposes to amend Rule 9 of the Rules of Procedure
of the Council relating to the Committee of the Whole by expanding
the scope and function to include matters related to the
establishment of the annual County operating and capital budgets .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution 273-91 and recommends its adoption.
