Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred /Resolution 274-91,
reports as follows :
Resolution 274-91 proposes to amend Rule 6 of the rules of procedure
of the Council relating to standing committees by deleting budget
from the scope and function of the Committee on Finance. It is also
clarified that matters pertaining to the approval of the annual
County operating and capital budgets will be referred to the
Committee of the Whole.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution 274-91 and recommends its adoption.
