Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
/No . 270-91, reports as follows :
Resolution 270-91 proposes to transfer and appropriate $12, 000 out
and from the Council ' s Miscellaneous Contractual Services account
(010-101-5101. 02-115) and credit same to the Legislative Auditor ' s
Regular Salaries and Wages account (010-101-5101 .40-011) .
The transfer/appropriation is necessary to accommodate the
reorganization of the Council ' s staff . Resolution 269-91 amended
the Salary Ordinance by changing six Legislative Assistant positions
to nine Council Legislative Assistant positions .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution No. 270-91 and recommends its adoption.
