Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
/No. 269-91, reports as follows :
Resolution No. 269-91 proposes to amend Section 8 . 01 of the Salary
Ordinance by changing six Legislative Assistant positions to nine
Council Legislative Assistant positions .
These new positions will be utilized to assist councilmembers in
carrying out their duties and responsibilities . Each position will
be appointed and supervised by the respective appointing
councilmember .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No. 269-91 and recommends its adoption by the Council .
