Funds are necessary to cover the costs incurred for the Kalapana
lava flow emergency work by the Parks Department and the rental of
equipment by the Fire Department to combat brush fires earlier in
the fiscal year.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution
No . 268-91 and recommends its adoption.
