Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution
No. 267-91, reports as follows :
Resolution 267-91 proposes to transfer/appropriate $114,308 out and
from the following accounts in the Highway Fund:
020-911-5911. 18-341 Contingency $ 52, 003
020-911-5912 .43-341 Public Safety Disaster/
Emergencies 62,305
$114,308
and credit the following accounts :
020-301-5301 . 61-021 Puna Road-OT S&W $104,489
020-301-5301. 61-099 Puna Road-Misc. S&W 9 , 819

Funds are necessary to cover the costs of the continuing Kalapana
lava flow.
Your Committee is aware that the $62,305 in the Public Safety
Disaster/Emergencies account has been established as an
appropriation in Bill 361 .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent and purpose of
Resolution 267-91 and recommends its adoption by the Council .
