This project was passed by the full council as being a highly needed project for this community. Nothing has changed in that regard. Safely disposing of our rubbish and diverting recyelables from the waste stream are very important issues in the Greater Ocean View community...and to the whole of lb: Big Island. To ignore this dramatic communi >, need in a bond issue the site that you are contemplating is nothing short of outrageous. 1 urge the entire council to add this project to the bond issue proposal immediately.
