RE: Attached Communication No. 102
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County
of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to Communication No. 102,
to submit the nomination of Kevin M. Balog of Hamakua to the 1999 Hawaii County
Charter Commission, waiving said communication from the Committee on Finance in
order that appropriate action betaken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the communication, it is deemed advisable that this waiver
be granted.
