Funds for the project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($2 million). Funds would be used to install new streetlights and to upgrade existing streetlights island-wide. Reference: Comm. 953 Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter Bill 275: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 14-82, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2014, TO JUNE 30, 2015 Adds the Public Works Signals, New and Upgrades project for $1 million to the Capital Budget. Funds for the project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($1 million). Funds would be used to install new traffic and pedestrian signals, flashing lights, and other traffic related devices.
