As a courtesy, I aro advising of my plan to make a motion postponing an item on the August 6, 2014,
Council meeting agenda — Bill No. 25, Draft 2, Relating to Agricultural Tourism. I am aware this
motion is amendable and will need a majority vote.
After hearing and reading the multitude of testimonies and speaking with Corporation Counsel and
respective Department heads, more time is needed to prepare necessary amendments for this bill.
