SUBJECT: A Resolution To Amend The Rules Of Procedure And Organization Of The
Council Of The County Of Hawai`i By Amending Rule No. 14, Relating To
Motions.
This resolution amends Council Rule 14-3(b), regarding the motion to "call for the question," by
providing that each council member has the right to speak at least one time on any matter before
the motion to "call for the question" may be made.
Please place this resolution on the next available Council agenda.
