+ZY OSM <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ;•:4\''s.'/ • STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 487 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF TWO EMERGENCY <br /> CALL BOXES IN KEHENA. <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 398-14, which was adopted on May 1, 2014, transferred <br /> Contingency Relief funds of$25,000 to the Civil Defense Agency for the purchase and <br /> installation of two emeregency call boxes in Kehena; and <br /> WHEREAS, two new emergency call boxes have been purchased and installed in <br /> accordance with Resolution No. 398-14; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Finance pays expenses for operations and maintenance <br /> for certain emergency call boxes; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to assist with expenses related to the <br /> maintenance of these two emergency call boxes; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Finance for the maintenance of two emergency call boxes in Kehena; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $9,800 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $9,800 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.121.5122.30 Department of Finance $9,800 <br /> Accounts <br /> 102 Telephone <br /> (Kehena Emergency Call Boxes) <br />
