Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request an
attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on matters pertaining to an offer to settle the above-entitled lawsuit for damages filed on
March 23, 2012. We ask that this case be placed on the County Council's August 20, 2014
agenda.
