'Ntr os p' <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII :•:� ' 1 •: STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .N.:."..i..0.---: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 492 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PORTABLE TOILETS AT THE PACIFIC <br /> INTERNATIONAL SPACE CENTER FOR EXPLORATION SYSTEMS' ROBOTIC <br /> MINING COMPETITION. <br /> WHEREAS, the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES) <br /> hosted the PISCES Robotic International Space Mining (PRISM) competition from July 21 to <br /> July 25, 2014; and <br /> WHEREAS, portable toilets were needed to maintain the clean environment and to <br /> provide for the basic needs and comfort of the teams that were stationed at the test site on Mauna <br /> Kea at the 9,000-foot elevation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Research and Development to reimburse PISCES for the costs associated with <br /> the rental of portable toilets for the PRISM competition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $520.83 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $520.83 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.161.5163.20 Department of Research and Development $520.83 <br /> Business Development—R&D <br /> 115 Misc.
