As the Chief Special Agent of the Narcotics Enforcement Division, Department of
Public Safety, please accept this letter of endorsement of the appointment of Ms. Molly
Stebbins for the position of Corporation Counsel for the island of Hawaii.
Ms. Stebbins has held the position of Deputy Corporation Counsel since 2007. Her
knowledge of the operations of the Office of the Corporation Counsel and of her clients
the Hawaii County Fire and Police Department will provide the County with a strong and
knowledgeable leader. Ms. Stebbins's team player attitude, legal experience, high moral
character and conviction in bettering her profession will make her a valuable asset to the
County of Hawaii and the Office of the Corporation Council.
