Don Faumuina Allow me to begin by introducing myself. At the present time, I am the

Erik linuma executive Business Agent assigned to the Hawaii Chapter of the State of
HONOLULU CHAPTER CHAIR Hawaii Organization of Police Officers (SHOPO). I have been with SHOPO
Stanley Aquino for 14 years and prior to that served with the Hawaii County Police
HAWAII CHAPTER CHAIR Department and the Honolulu Police Department for 271/2 years.

KAUAI CHAPTER CHAIR I have known Molly for approximately seven years, dealing with her on
Jesse Guirao grievance issues, contract negotiations and other legal matters arising out
MAUI CHAPTER CHAIR of Union and County related topics. Molly has always been organized and
Barry Aoki meticulous in presenting every aspect of the County's position, and
brought a professional attitude to the table. She is a passionate
spokeswoman in getting her point across.
Although we sat on opposite ends of the table, Molly has always
impressed me and other union officials within our organization.
If confirmed, I know she will be a great asset to the Hawaii County
Main Office&Honolulu Chapter Corporation Counsel.
