It is with great pleasure that I strongly endorse the nomination of Ms. Molly Stebbins as
the Corporation Counsel for County of Hawai'i.
I have known Ms. Stebbins since 2008 while serving as the Law Enforcement
Coordinator, United States Attorney's Office and the current United States Marshal,
District of Hawaii.
I can attest to her exemplary character and keen knowledge of relevant law
enforcement issues. She has demonstrated a tremendous sense of the varied issues
with members of the US Attorney's Office, Hawaii State Law Enforcement Officials
(HSLEOA) and investigators attending various conferences and meetings.
Ms. Stebbins has always been observed to conduct herself with the highest moral and
ethical standards. She represents emergency services such as Fire and the Hawaii
Police Departments in a laudatory manner.
She possesses all the characteristics of a distinguished statesperson and is ready to
shoulder the lead, as the Corporation Counsel for the County of Hawai'i.
