SUBJECT: NOMINATION OF MOLLY STEBBINS AS CORPORATION COUNSEL
This testimony is submitted in support of Molly Stebbins for appointment as Corporation
Counsel for Hawai'i County.
I have had the privilege of being associated with Ms. Stebbins for the past five (5) years.
Through these years, I have found Ms. Stebbins to possess unquestionable ethical and moral
standards. Her dedication is unsurpassed and she has the vision, desire and ability to fulfill the
responsibilities of Corporation Counsel. She is a person of the highest integrity, fairness and
honesty.
With her experience, knowledge and values, the appointment of Molly Stebbins as Corporation
Counsel will ensure Hawai'i County is well represented in any civil legal proceedings.
I firmly believe Hawai'i County and all of its residents will benefit tremendously with her
appointment.
