My name is Jessica Young. I unfortunately lived by the largest trash incinerator in the nation for many years. I can tell you all
there is to know about that, and it is terrible to say the least. It would be devastating here- NO exaggeration! Please redo this
waste reduction RFP so that we may at least consider alternative waste measures.
