Attached is Bill No. 268, Draft 2. Bill No. 268 was amended by proposed Conditions F and G as contained in Communication No. 939.3, as duly approved by the Council on August 20, 2014. The Council suspended Rule No. 24(e)(1), which requires that substantively amended legislation be held over to the next meeting of the Council, and passed Bill No. 268, Draft 2, on second and final reading.
