SUBJECT: Resolution No. 485-14, As Amended to Draft 2
Attached please find Resolution No. 485-14, Draft 2. Resolution No. 485-14 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 939.3, as amended, as duly approved by the Council on August
20, 2014.
Communication No. 939.3 was amended by removing the first two proposed amendments and
retaining only the proposed amendments to the final sentence of Council Rule No. 14(3)(b).
After amendment, the Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(e)(1), which requires
substantively amended legislation be held over to the next meeting of the Council, and took final
action.
Resolution No. 485-14, Draft 2, was filed due to lack of sufficient affirmative votes.
