Re: Bill No. 340 (Draft 4)
Attached you will find draft 4 of Bill No. 340 with the following amendments:
1. Changing "Roads-In-Limbo" to "Government Roads-In-Limbo".
2. Renumber sections to insert "Any appropriation of funds to maintain, pave
or resurface any portion of a government road-in-limbo shall not be
interpreted to obligate the County to accept, maintain, pave or resurface,
all remaining disputed government roads-in-limbo or roads-in-limbo."
