RE: Attached Bill
Pursuant to Section l (e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County
of Hawaii, this written approval request is submitted in regard to Ordinance Bill
No. 29 ,Volcano Park Multi-purpose Playcourt, waiving said refen-al from the
Committee on Finance in order that appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such a waiver be
granted.
