Subject: Bill 194 water cutoff/FC 10:45 AM Wed Apr 30
Hello Council members,
Instead of cutting off water completely if sewer fees aren't paid, is there a way to
reduce the water pressure? That might get customers'
attention without all the health consequences of inadequate water.
Also, should Bill 194 go back to Env Mgt Comm before Council votes?
The public lost its normal opportunity to comment because lack of quorum caused
cancellation of an Environmental Management Commission meeting.
