Dear Chair Yoshimoto and Members of the County Council:
Thank you for the opportunity to provide written testimony regarding the appointment of
Molly A. Stebbins. I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Stebbins for the last five years
and she is an excellent choice to lead the Office of the Corporation Counsel.
Her intelligence and hardworking nature is well known throughout the County. One of
the things I appreciate the most is her common sense. She has the ability to analyze complex
issues and apply them to everyday situations in order to reach a reasonable and practical result.
Should you confirm Ms. Stebbins, I am certain you will value her opinions and appreciate
her dedication as much as I do. Therefore, I hope you will not hesitate in confirming her as the
next Corporation Counsel.
