AFFECTING WAIKAUMALO-MAULUA HOMESTEADS ROAD ADJACENT TO
TMKS: 3-2-002:047, 3-2-002:046, 3-2-003:008, AND 3-2-003:003, NORTH HILO,
ISLAND OF HAWAI‘I, HAWAI‘I, TO PAUL DOLNICK
Authorizes the Finance Director to grant an easement to provide Paul Dolnick legal
access to his property.

Agriculture, Water and Energy Sustainability Committee meetings - Thursdays, September 25 and October
2 at 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. All Committee meetings - Saturday, September 27 at 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
