NtY OS.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -�•���'''=''%% •'- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 7TH O;•A:4__ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 536 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE WREATHS TO BE PLACED AT <br /> THE WEST HAWAII VETERANS CEMETERY FOR NATIONAL WREATHS <br /> ACROSS AMERICA DAY ON DECEMBER 13, 2014. <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of Wreaths Across America is to remember the fallen, honor <br /> those that serve, and teach the value of freedom, by coordinating the laying of wreaths at <br /> veterans' cemeteries across the United States on December 13, 2014; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol, Kona Composite Squadron, serves as <br /> the official civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force and has been tasked with the laying <br /> of wreaths upon each grave at the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery for National Wreaths Across <br /> America Day; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation to purchase wreaths for laying at West Hawaii Veterans <br /> Cemetery on December 13, 2014; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,450 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $2,450 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,450 <br /> P & R Admin OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
